Company Structure & Brand Administration

Harold Jordan Magic is a featured entertainment and performance brand operating under Jordan Productions and Talent Group, Ltd Co. While Harold Jordan Magic serves as the public-facing identity associated with performances, audience experiences, and entertainment services, all bookings, agreements, scheduling, operations, and client engagements are conducted through and administered by Jordan Productions and Talent Group, Ltd Co.

Jordan Productions and Talent Group, Ltd Co functions as the parent production and management company responsible for overseeing the operational structure, professional standards, creative direction, scheduling, client administration, and business operations associated with the Harold Jordan Magic brand. All services performed under the Harold Jordan Magic name are therefore subject to the policies, standards, procedures, and operational interests established by the Company.

The Company further maintains authority over the coordination and execution of engagements involving the Harold Jordan Magic brand and acts in consideration of its executives, staff, contractors, production personnel, operational structure, and long-term organizational interests.

Booking & Availability

By submitting an inquiry, requesting availability, booking services, or otherwise engaging with Harold Jordan Magic, the Client acknowledges and agrees that all engagements remain subject to availability, operational approval, and Company policies.

Dates and times are not considered reserved or secured until the required confirmation procedures have been completed and any applicable retainer, payment, or platform booking requirements have been satisfied. The Company reserves the right to decline inquiries or engagements based on scheduling conflicts, operational limitations, venue concerns, or other professional considerations.

Because the Company operates within a controlled scheduling structure, confirmed engagements may result in the Company declining other potential opportunities for the reserved date and time. As such, confirmed scheduling details are treated as material components of the engagement.

Scope of Services

The Company provides professional entertainment and production services that may include live performances, interactive close-up entertainment, strolling magic, corporate entertainment experiences, media appearances, promotional collaborations, virtual experiences, or related creative services.

Each engagement is uniquely structured around the venue, audience, timing, event conditions, and operational considerations associated with the booking. Accordingly, the Company retains professional discretion over the presentation, pacing, structure, creative direction, and execution of its services and performances.

Variations in delivery may occur based upon venue conditions, audience interaction, timing limitations, safety considerations, audience composition, or other operational factors. No engagement should be interpreted as an identical or standardized production.

Payments, Retainers & Platform Bookings

For direct bookings, a non-refundable retainer may be required in order to secure the requested engagement date and time. Remaining balances, where applicable, may be required prior to the commencement of services. Failure to satisfy required payment obligations may result in cancellation or refusal of services at the Company’s discretion.

For bookings facilitated through third-party platforms, including but not limited to GigSalad, the Client acknowledges that separate service fees, escrow procedures, payment processing terms, or dispute resolution policies may apply independently through the platform provider. Such fees and policies are controlled exclusively by the platform and are not administered or controlled by the Company.

The Client further acknowledges that retainers and payments compensate the Company not only for performance services, but also for reserving scheduling availability, allocating operational resources, and foregoing other potential engagements.

Scheduling Changes & Modifications

Requests involving modifications to scheduling, venue location, performance timing, or the scope of services must be submitted in writing and remain subject to review, operational feasibility, and approval by the Company.

Approved modifications may require administrative processing fees and, in certain situations, may require revised pricing, updated agreements, or re-evaluation of availability. Material changes involving event dates, significant scheduling changes, venue relocation, or substantial alterations to services may be treated as a rebooking of the engagement.

The Company reserves the right to decline modification requests that create scheduling conflicts, operational burdens, logistical concerns, or limitations impacting the intended execution of the engagement.

Performance Conditions & Audience Participation

Performances provided by Harold Jordan Magic are designed to be interactive, immersive, engaging, and, at times, suspenseful in nature. Certain performances may include audience participation, guided interaction, sound effects, visual surprises, close-up engagement, or moments of heightened audience involvement.

Participation is always voluntary, and the Company strives to conduct all audience interaction in a respectful, professional, and non-invasive manner. Individuals may decline participation at any time.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the event environment is safe, appropriate, and suitable for the nature of the performance being provided, including maintaining reasonable venue conditions, adequate space, and general audience safety.

Insurance, Liability & Venue Responsibility

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the venue or event environment is safe, lawful, and appropriate for the engagement being conducted. This includes maintaining suitable conditions for guests, audience members, staff, performers, and contractors associated with the event.

The Company maintains commercial general liability insurance coverage applicable to its operations. Requests for Certificates of Insurance or additional insured designations may be available upon request, subject to administrative processing requirements and insurer approval.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be held responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control, including venue issues, guest conduct, third-party vendors, technical failures, delays, or environmental conditions affecting the engagement.

Communications & Official Notices

The Company encourages clear, professional, and organized communication throughout the booking and engagement process. While informal communication may occur through text messaging, telephone calls, social media messaging, email, or booking platforms, such informal communications shall not modify or override formal agreements or official policies.

Requests involving scheduling changes, contractual matters, operational concerns, insurance requests, cancellations, or other material engagement matters must be submitted through approved communication channels recognized by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to rely upon communications received from the designated Point of Contact associated with the engagement.

Media Capture & Content Usage

The Company may capture video, photography, audio, or other media during the course of an engagement for promotional, marketing, archival, portfolio, social media, or other business-related purposes.

By engaging the Company’s services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that media capture may occur unless otherwise discussed and approved in writing prior to the engagement. Requests to limit or restrict media capture must be communicated in advance and may affect service availability, operational logistics, or pricing considerations.

All content captured or created by the Company in connection with an engagement shall remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

All performance material, presentations, scripts, methods, routines, creative concepts, branding, proprietary techniques, and related intellectual property associated with Harold Jordan Magic and Jordan Productions and Talent Group, Ltd Co remain the exclusive property of the Company.

The Company shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, illness, injury, travel disruptions, venue closures, technical failures, governmental restrictions, emergencies, or other unforeseen operational circumstances.

Where reasonably possible, the Company may attempt to coordinate rescheduling efforts subject to availability and operational feasibility.
